Session 2 Schedule January 4- June 7, 2010 (20 Weeks)

Session 2 Registration Now Open!

Registration may be submitted online, by mail, or in person during studio hours.

To register:

1. Refer to the schedule below to determine when your dancer's class levels meet.

2. Download the registration form and waiver here. All students MUST submit a signed waiver in order to participate in classes. If you register online, you may mail the waiver or your student may bring it on the first day of classes. We do have Session 2 Waivers in the studio lobby and at the desk.

3. Fill out online registration here and either mail or bring registration form/waiver to the studio.

*No student will be allowed to participate in any class without a guardian-signed waiver on file.*

4. Payment -We offer a payment plan for Session 2.

50% Tuition is due on or before January 4, 2010. Invoices will be e-mailed March 1st for your second and final tuition payment due on March 20, 2010.

We do not accept credit cards. Cash or check only, please. Make checks payable to Lincolnshire Academy of Dance.
$30 fee is placed on all returned checks.

Special Class Requirements:

All Level 1 Classes: Students must be at least 7 years old to participate in these classes
All Teen Classes: Students must be 11 years or older
Ballet 4 & 5: Two ballet classes a week are required at this level
Pointe 1, 2, & 3: 2 Ballet classes per week are required. One must be immediately prior to the pointe class
Lyrical 1 and Jazz 4 – Must be an enrolled Ballet 4 student
Lyrical 2 and Jazz 5 – Must be an enrolled Ballet 5 student
Musical Theater Senior and Pre-professional – by invitation or audition only
