*No student will be allowed to participate in any class without a guardian-signed waiver on file.*


 Payment -We offer a payment plan for Session 2.
 50% Tuition is due on or before January 4, 2010.  Invoices will be e-mailed March 1st for your second and final tuition payment due on March 20, 2010.

  • We do not accept credit cards. Cash or check only, please. Make checks payable to Lincolnshire Academy of Dance.
  • $30 fee is placed on all returned checks.

Special Class Requirements:

All Level 1 Classes: Students must be at least 7 years old to participate in these classes
All Teen Classes: Students must be 11 years or older
Ballet 4 & 5: Two ballet classes a week are required at this level
Pointe 1, 2, & 3: 2 Ballet classes per week are required. One must be immediately prior to the pointe class
Lyrical 1 and Jazz 4 – Must be an enrolled Ballet 4 student
Lyrical 2 and Jazz 5 – Must be an enrolled Ballet 5 student
Musical Theater Senior and Pre-professional – by invitation or audition only
